Returns Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy on most of our items unless stated otherwise. This means you can arrange for a return within 30 days of receiving your item at our return address. We will refund product upon receipt of your purchase. If you are returning an unwanted gift, the shipping cost will not be refunded unless it is damaged or damaged whilst in transit. The purchase receipt must also be provided.

If you would like to arrange a return for an item you have purchased please send your details in the here or in the 'Contact us' section of our site, please include your Order Number/Product Description and reason for your return and we will respond to you swiftly to arrange the collection.

Please be aware that all Shipping, Exchange, Refund and Return queries should be dealt with directly with Amazon Customer Support via your Amazon User Account. We make sure to only select only the best products rated with 4 or 5 stars for you, but cannot be held responsible for any issues related to the purchase of those products via Amazon. However we will most certainly assist you with any issues or queries you have.

Shipping

 We offer fast, affordable standard delivery on ALL of our items ordered in the UK. Priority shipping and next day delivery cost rates may vary.

We aim to dispatch your purchase on the same day or by next day delivery. Most purchases made before 2pm on business day (Monday to Friday 9-5pm) will be dispatched on the same day.

Some items may have longer dispatch/delivery times ranging from 5 to 30 days. All such purchases will have reminder included within your delivery notification.

We can ship to most addresses internationally. However please note that due to varying international restrictions we cannot guarantee the shipment of every product to every international destination.

When you place an order our delivery estimation is based on the items availability, weight, the carriage/shipping options you choose and the carrier that will deliver your item.

Our shipping rates are based on the weight of the item you order. The weight details are provided on the items Product Description/Details page.

To keep inline with the shipping providers policies, all weights are rounded up to the nearest full kilogram.
