Shipping and Returns

We offer fast, free affordable standard delivery on ALLof our items ordered in the UK unless stated otherwise.

We aim to dispatch your purchase on the same day or by next day delivery. Most purchases made before 2pm on business day (Monday to Friday 9-5pm) will be dispatched on the same day.

We can ship to most addresses internationally. However please note that due to varying international restrictions we cannot guarantee the shipment of every product to every international destination.

When you place an order our delivery estimation is based on the items availability, weight, the carriage/shipping options you choose and the carrier that will deliver your item.

To keep inline with the shipping providers policies, all weights are rounded up to the nearest full kilogram.

We offer standard delivery on ALL of our items ordered in the UK. They are dispatched on the same or next day using Royal Mail, for larger items we use well known Courier services such as UPS. For international orders we offer affordable shipping charges using Royal Mail International, Hermes or UPS, DHL, or FedEx for larger products.

Tracked Shipping

Our orders are tracked so that you can be assured that your item is on the way to you or chosen address. We will send an email to you including a tracking number once the item/s are dispatched.

Returns Policy

We offer a 14 day return policy on most of our items unless stated otherwise. This means you can arrange for a return within 14 days of receiving your item at your address. We will refund product upon receipt of your purchase. If you are returning an unwanted gift, the shipping cost will not be refunded unless it is damaged or damaged whilst in transit. The purchase receipt must also be provided.
